Here's the good news on this pairing: the research we have suggests cannabis does not meaningfully change the blood levels or the effects of antipsychotics like Sertindole (Serlect). Studies looking at similar medicines (such as olanzapine and aripiprazole) in people with schizophrenia didn't find that cannabis raised or lowered drug levels. So a true drug-level interaction here is considered minor and unlikely.

That said, I'd still be cautious for a practical reason. Cannabis can cloud thinking, slow reactions, and worsen drowsiness or dizziness, and Sertindole already carries heart rhythm (QT) concerns and can affect alertness. Combining the two may stack those effects and could muddy how your psychiatric symptoms are being managed. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing them.
