Here's the concern with pairing Rauvolfia vomitoria and Sertindole. Sertindole is an antipsychotic that works directly (it isn't a prodrug that needs activating). Rauvolfia contains reserpine, which depletes brain chemicals like dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. Taken together, these two can pull in the same direction and overlap their effects, so you may notice more drowsiness, dizziness, very low blood pressure when standing, slowed movement, or worsened mood. Sertindole also already carries a known risk of affecting heart rhythm (QT prolongation), so I'd be especially cautious.

Keep in mind this warning is theoretical, based on how these drugs work rather than firm studies. Still, please don't add this supplement without first talking to your doctor or pharmacist.
