Bromfenac Sodium falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rauvolfia Vomitoria interacts with.

Theoretically, combining Rauvolfia vomitoria with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might have additive effects.
Rauvolfia vomitoria contains small amounts of yohimbine. Research in healthy adults shows that taking yohimbine in doses of 8 mg or more seems to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro by binding to the alpha-2 adrenoceptor. The effects of Rauvolfia vomitoria itself are unclear.

Here's the thing about Bromfenac (Prolensa, Bromsite): it's an eye drop you put right onto the surface of your eye after cataract surgery. Even though it belongs to the NSAID family, which can thin the blood when taken by mouth, only a tiny amount of an eye drop ever reaches your bloodstream. So this listed interaction with Rauvolfia vomitoria really applies more to swallowed blood thinners than to a few drops in your eye.

On paper, the yohimbine in Rauvolfia could slightly nudge platelets, and NSAIDs can too, so combining them theoretically adds up. But this is rated minor and is based on pharmacology, not real cases. The realistic concern, if any, would be a little extra eye redness or minor bleeding at the surgical site. Still, please mention any Rauvolfia use to your eye surgeon or pharmacist before they sign off.
