Dicumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rauvolfia Vomitoria interacts with.

Theoretically, combining Rauvolfia vomitoria with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might have additive effects.
Rauvolfia vomitoria contains small amounts of yohimbine. Research in healthy adults shows that taking yohimbine in doses of 8 mg or more seems to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro by binding to the alpha-2 adrenoceptor. The effects of Rauvolfia vomitoria itself are unclear.

Here's the situation with Dicumarol, an older blood thinner that works a lot like warfarin. It's a true anticoagulant, not a prodrug that needs to be switched on, so we don't have to worry about flipping the direction here. The concern is simply that adding something with mild blood-thinning activity on top of it could nudge you toward easier bleeding.

Rauvolfia vomitoria carries small amounts of yohimbine, and in lab studies high-dose yohimbine slowed platelet clumping a bit. On paper, stacking that with Dicumarol might mean more bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums. But honestly, this is theoretical, based on pharmacology rather than real patient cases, and the plant's actual effect is unclear. Since Dicumarol is finicky to dose, please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
