Edarbyclor combines two blood pressure medicines: azilsartan (an ARB that relaxes blood vessels) and chlorthalidone (a water pill that helps your body shed extra fluid and salt). Neither one is a prodrug here, so we're not worried about activation. The concern with caprylic acid is simpler: it might add to the blood-pressure-lowering effect.

I'll be honest, this is a theoretical idea based mostly on animal studies, not real human cases, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The amount in foods like coconut oil is very unlikely to matter. With concentrated supplements, there's a small chance your pressure dips a bit too low, leaving you dizzy, lightheaded, or tired, especially when standing up. If you want to try the supplement, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
