Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Belladonna, Caffeine, Ergotamine, Pentobarbital
Belladonna, Caffeine, Ergotamine, Pentobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Cauliflower interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combination pill contains caffeine, and caffeine is one of the drugs your liver clears using an enzyme called CYP1A2. Cruciferous veggies like cauliflower can gently nudge that enzyme to work a little faster (studies suggest somewhere around a 14 to 27 percent bump). In plain terms, that means your body could clear the caffeine portion a touch quicker, so you might notice slightly less of its effect.
Honestly, for most people this is small and mostly theoretical. Eating cauliflower as part of dinner is very unlikely to throw off your Micomp PB. The ergotamine, belladonna, and pentobarbital pieces aren't really driven by this enzyme. If you take this regularly and have questions, just check with your pharmacist or doctor.
