Inhaled Insulin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Chirata interacts with.

Theoretically, taking chirata concomitantly with antidiabetes drugs may increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
In non-fasted animals pretreated with the hypoglycemic drug tolbutamide, taking chirata 250 mg/kg decreased blood glucose levels. Monitor blood glucose levels closely.

Here's the gist: inhaled insulin already lowers your blood sugar, and chirata may nudge it down a little further. So the worry isn't that one blocks the other. It's that stacking them could push your sugar too low, which we call hypoglycemia. With insulin, low blood sugar can show up as shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, confusion, or feeling lightheaded.

That said, this is mostly a theoretical concern based on animal studies, not human trials, so I wouldn't panic. If you do decide to use chirata, check your blood sugar more often and watch for those low symptoms. And before adding it, please run it by your doctor or pharmacist so they can keep an eye on your numbers and adjust if needed.
