Flurbiprofen falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorella interacts with.

Theoretically, chlorella might have additive effects with photosensitizing drugs.
Chlorella has been reported to cause photosensitization. In five case reports, patients who had ingested chlorella exhibited swelling followed by erythematopurpuric lesions on sun-exposed areas of the body. Theoretically, concomitant use with photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate effects.

Here's the gist with flurbiprofen and chlorella. Flurbiprofen is an NSAID that can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight in some people, meaning you may sunburn faster or break out in a rash on sun-exposed skin. Chlorella has its own reputation for the same thing, with a few case reports of swelling and reddish-purple skin patches after sun exposure.

So the concern is that taking both could stack up and make a sun reaction a bit more likely. I want to be honest though, this is theoretical and based on how these things behave, not on solid studies pairing them. It does not change how flurbiprofen works in your body. If you use both, simple sun precautions (sunscreen, covering up) go a long way. Check with your pharmacist if you notice any unusual skin reaction.

Flurbiprofen tablets (sold as Flurbiprofen and Lurbiro) are used to relieve the pain, swelling, and stiffness of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.

Flurbiprofen Sodium eye drops are a separate product used during eye surgery — specifically to keep the pupil from constricting (getting smaller) while the procedure is underway. This use applies only to the ophthalmic (eye drop) form.
