Cryptenamine, Methyclothiazide falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyll interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyll with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. In two case reports, pseudoporphyria developed after oral intake of chlorophyll. Theoretically, concomitant use with other photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate this effect.

Here's the simple version for your blood pressure pill Diutensen, which combines cryptenamine with the water pill methyclothiazide. This isn't about your liver breaking the drug down faster or slower. It's about your skin and the sun. Thiazide-type diuretics like methyclothiazide are well known to make some people more sensitive to sunlight, meaning you can sunburn or break out in a rash more easily than usual.

Chlorophyll supplements have also been linked, in a couple of case reports, to extra sun sensitivity. So taken together, they could in theory add up and make your skin react more to UV light. The evidence here is fairly limited and theoretical, so don't panic. Just be smart with sunscreen and shade, and check with your pharmacist before starting chlorophyll.
