Here's the simple version: your Perdiem product already contains senna, which is a stimulant laxative that gets your bowels moving by squeezing the gut. Colocynth is also a harsh laxative on its own. Stacking two laxatives together means you can lose too much water and important minerals like potassium through extra diarrhea. That can leave you dehydrated, dizzy, crampy, or even cause muscle weakness and irregular heartbeats if electrolytes drop too far.

I'll be honest with you, this concern is based on how these products work rather than on solid human studies, so it's theoretical. But colocynth itself is genuinely toxic and risky, so I would not pair it with anything. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before taking it.
