Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Panobinostat
Panobinostat falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Cubebs interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the situation with cubebs and your Panobinostat (Farydak). Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to help clear panobinostat from your system. In lab tests (not in people yet), some compounds in cubebs appear to slow that enzyme down. If that happened in real life, panobinostat could clear more slowly and build up, which may mean stronger effects and more side effects, things like worse diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, low blood counts, or heart rhythm changes.
I want to be honest: this is theoretical, based only on lab studies, not human reports. A sprinkle of cubebs as a spice is unlikely to matter much, but concentrated extracts or oils are a different story. Since panobinostat is a serious cancer drug, please run any cubeb supplement past your oncologist or pharmacist first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Panobinostat page
“Panobinostat (Farydak) is chemotherapy for multiple myeloma, and a cancer drug leaves little slack, so I'd treat its supplement list with genuine care. Most of the interactions run through CYP3A4, the liver enzyme that clears panobinostat: grapefruit can raise drug levels and the side effects that come with them, while St.”
