Vincristine Sulfate falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Dendrobium interacts with.

The dendrobium constituent dendrobine is reported to have convulsant effects. Theoretically, combining dendrobium with pro-convulsant drugs might increase the risk of seizure. Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the gist with vincristine and Dendrobium. One of the natural compounds in this orchid, called dendrobine, has been reported in lab settings to act as a convulsant, meaning it may make seizures a little more likely. Vincristine itself can affect the nervous system and, in some cases, has been linked to seizures. So in theory, stacking the two could nudge that risk up.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. This is a theoretical concern based on pharmacology, not real-world reports of people having problems combining them. Still, vincristine is serious chemotherapy, so don't add Dendrobium without first running it by your oncologist or pharmacist. They know your full treatment plan and can give you the safest answer.
