European Mandrake + Sotorasib
Sotorasib brand name: Lumakras.
European Mandrake has a moderate interaction with Sotorasib. Theoretically, concurrent use might increase absorption of some drugs because of inhibited gastrointestinal (GI) motility caused by European mandrake.

ORAL DRUGS
Why this applies to Sotorasib
Sotorasib falls under ORAL DRUGS — the group European Mandrake interacts with.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the gist with Lumakras (sotorasib), your KRAS-blocking pill for lung cancer. European mandrake contains tropane alkaloids that slow down how fast your gut moves things along. In theory, when food and pills sit in your stomach and intestines longer, your body may absorb more of a drug than usual. So the concern is that mandrake could nudge up how much sotorasib gets into your bloodstream, which could mean more of its typical side effects like diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, or changes in your liver enzymes.
I want to be honest: this is a theoretical worry based on how these chemicals behave, not something proven in people on sotorasib. Honestly though, mandrake is genuinely toxic and isn't safe to take at all. Please don't use it, and run any supplement past your oncology team or pharmacist first.

This page covers European Mandrake only. If you take other supplements — a multivitamin, a sleep aid, something for joints — the Sotorasib page lists 180 supplements it has a documented interaction with, worst first, each one explained.
The most serious there right now: Activated Charcoal (major), Beer (major), Grapefruit (major), Siberian Cocklebur (major) and St. John's Wort (major).
By severity: 6 major · 137 moderate · 37 minor.
From our pharmacist’s overview on the Sotorasib page
“Grapefruit is the first thing I would drop while on sotorasib (Lumakras), a targeted lung cancer pill cleared by the CYP3A4 enzyme. Grapefruit blocks that enzyme and can push sotorasib levels up; St.”
