Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Glecaprevir, Pibrentasvir
Glecaprevir, Pibrentasvir falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Evodia interacts with.
In vitro research shows that evodia extract inhibits hepatic CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist if you're taking Mavyret (glecaprevir and pibrentasvir) and thinking about Evodia. Mavyret is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab studies (test tubes only), compounds in Evodia appear to slow that enzyme down. If that happened in the body, it could let more Mavyret build up than usual, which might mean more side effects like headache, tiredness, or nausea.
The honest part: this is only seen in laboratory research, never confirmed in people, so it's theoretical and not a sure thing. Still, since you're treating hepatitis C and want this medication working just right, I'd run any Evodia product past your pharmacist or doctor before starting it.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Glecaprevir, Pibrentasvir page
“Mavyret (glecaprevir and pibrentasvir) is a short course of pills meant to cure hepatitis C, so I read its supplement list with real caution. Nearly everything on it can shift how much of the drug reaches your blood, mostly through the CYP3A4 enzyme or the P-glycoprotein transporter that handles it.”
