Your combo pill pairs atenolol (a beta blocker that slows the heart and eases blood pressure) with chlortalidone (a water pill that also lowers pressure). Fermented milk doesn't change how either one is broken down. Instead, the idea here is simply additive: some studies show drinking fermented milk can nudge the top number (systolic) of your blood pressure down a little on its own.

So in theory, stacking that small effect on top of your medication could push your pressure a bit lower. If that happened, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, or tired, especially standing up quickly. Honestly, this is a theoretical, mild concern, and normal food amounts rarely cause trouble. Enjoy your yogurt or kefir, but mention regular use to your pharmacist if you notice dizziness.
