Here's the simple version: felodipine already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels. Some studies suggest that regularly drinking fermented milk (think kefir or certain probiotic yogurts) may give a small extra nudge down to your top number (the systolic reading). Stack that gentle effect on top of felodipine and, in theory, your blood pressure could dip a little lower than expected.

I want to be honest that this is mostly a theoretical concern based on how things work, not a strong warning. For most people a normal food amount won't cause trouble. Still, if you notice dizziness, lightheadedness, or feeling faint when you stand up, that's worth mentioning to your doctor or pharmacist so they can check your readings.
