Cangrelor falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Fulvic Acid interacts with.

Theoretically, taking fulvic acid may decrease the effectiveness of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro evidence shows that fulvic acid, formed from the oxidation and polymerization of protocatechuic acid, can shorten prothrombin time in human plasma, increasing the risk of clot formation.

Here's the situation with these two. Cangrelor (Kengreal) is a strong IV antiplatelet drug given in the hospital, usually during a heart stent procedure, to keep platelets from clumping and forming a clot. It is not a prodrug, so it works the moment it goes in. The concern on file is that fulvic acid might, in theory, nudge things in the opposite direction by helping blood clot a little more easily, which could chip away at how well cangrelor protects you.

I'll be honest though, this is very weak, test-tube-only evidence, not something proven in people. On top of that, cangrelor is given by a hospital team who control the dosing closely, so a supplement wouldn't really be in the picture during that infusion. Just mention any supplements you take to your care team so they have the full record.
