Dipyridamole falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Fulvic Acid interacts with.

Theoretically, taking fulvic acid may decrease the effectiveness of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro evidence shows that fulvic acid, formed from the oxidation and polymerization of protocatechuic acid, can shorten prothrombin time in human plasma, increasing the risk of clot formation.

Here's the thinking behind this one. You're taking dipyridamole to keep your blood from clotting too easily, which is especially important after a heart valve replacement. Fulvic acid has shown, in test-tube studies, that it can shorten prothrombin time, meaning it may nudge the blood toward clotting more readily. If that effect held true in people, it could work against what your dipyridamole is doing, so the worry is reduced protection and a slightly higher clot risk.

I want to be honest with you though: this is purely theoretical and based on lab data, not real patients, so the actual risk is unknown. Given how important clot prevention is for you, please don't add fulvic acid without checking with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Dipyridamole tablets are used alongside warfarin (a blood thinner) to help prevent dangerous blood clots from forming after cardiac valve replacement surgery. It is not used alone for this purpose — it works as an add-on to anticoagulant therapy.

Dipyridamole Injection is used as an alternative to exercise during thallium myocardial perfusion imaging — a type of heart scan that checks blood flow through the coronary arteries. It is given to patients who are unable to exercise adequately for the test.
