Here's the thing to know about pairing fulvic acid with diclofenac. Diclofenac isn't just a pain reliever; like other NSAIDs, it also has a mild blood-thinning, anti-clotting effect because it dampens platelet activity. The concern on file is that fulvic acid might work in the opposite direction. In test-tube studies it shortened prothrombin time, meaning blood may clot a little more easily. So in theory, fulvic acid could nudge against diclofenac's clot-related effects.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. This is based only on lab work, not real human studies, so we don't truly know if it matters at supplement doses. Please don't change your diclofenac on your own; just mention the fulvic acid to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.
