Here's the simple version: Levorphanol is a strong opioid pain reliever, and one of its main effects is calming down the brain and nervous system. That's also what can make people feel drowsy, foggy, or slow to react. Galphimia glauca seems to have its own mild sedative, calming action, so taking the two together could stack those effects and leave you more sleepy or out of it than expected.

I want to be honest about the strength here. This concern is theoretical, based on how each one behaves rather than on hard studies of the combination. Still, with an opioid like levorphanol, more sedation is worth respecting. Before pairing them, check in with your pharmacist or doctor so they can weigh it for you.
