Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Zuclopenthixol (Clopixol) is an antipsychotic that already tends to make people feel drowsy or slowed down. Galphimia glauca seems to have its own calming, sedative effect. So the concern here is simple: stacking the two could leave you feeling more sleepy, foggy, or sluggish than usual. You might also notice dizziness, especially when standing up.

I want to be honest about the strength of this one. It's a theoretical caution based on how both work, not something proven in real-world studies, so don't panic. Still, since this medication is a strong sedating drug, it's worth mentioning to your pharmacist or doctor before adding Galphimia, particularly if you drive or operate machinery.
