Sitaxsentan sodium falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Garden Cress interacts with.

Theoretically, taking garden cress with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Garden cress has shown hypotensive effects in animal research and increases levels and effects of the antihypertensive medications amlodipine and losartan. This has not been shown in humans.

Here's the gist: garden cress may have a mild blood-pressure-lowering effect of its own, at least in animal studies. Sitaxsentan (Thelin) is used to relax blood vessels in the lungs for pulmonary hypertension, and lowering blood pressure is part of how it works. So in theory, pairing the two could nudge your blood pressure down a little more than expected, which might leave you feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or tired, especially when standing up quickly.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this concern comes from lab and animal work with other blood pressure drugs, not from human studies, and normal food amounts of cress are unlikely to matter. Concentrated seed supplements are the bigger question mark. If you take Thelin, just check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting a cress supplement.
