Theoretically, taking garden cress with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Garden cress has shown hypotensive effects in animal research and increases levels and effects of the antihypertensive medications amlodipine and losartan. This has not been shown in humans.

Garden Cress Overview
Garden cress (Lepidium sativum) is a fast-growing herb that belongs to the Brassicaceae family. It is native to Europe and Asia and is cultivated for its flavorful, spicy leaves and seeds. Garden cress is often used in salads, sandwiches, and other dishes as a garnish or condiment.
Garden cress is rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, folic acid, and iron. It is also purported to have various health benefits, including improving digestion, reducing inflammation, and boosting the immune system.
Telmisartan Overview

Telmisartan is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure. Telmisartan is also used to decrease the chance of heart attack, stroke, or death in people 55 years of age or older who are at high risk for cardiovascular disease. Telmisartan is in a class of medications called angiotensin II receptor antagonists. It works by blocking the action of certain natural substances that tighten the blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.
