Lisdexamfetamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group German Chamomile interacts with.

Theoretically, German chamomile might inhibit CYP2D6 and increase levels of drugs metabolized by these enzymes.
In vitro evidence shows that German chamomile might inhibit CYP2D6. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, there might be an increase in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 in patients taking German chamomile.

Here's the gist with Vyvanse and chamomile tea. Lisdexamfetamine is a prodrug, meaning your body has to convert it into its active form (dextroamphetamine) before it does anything. That conversion happens in your red blood cells, not through the liver enzyme CYP2D6, so chamomile blocking CYP2D6 shouldn't change how much active drug you get up front. CYP2D6 does play a small role later in clearing some of the active amphetamine.

So in theory, if chamomile slows that enzyme, you could clear a little slower and feel slightly more of the usual effects: a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or reduced appetite. But this is based only on lab studies and has never been reported in real people, especially at tea amounts. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but mention it to your pharmacist or doctor if you use concentrated chamomile.
