Anacaulase-bcdb falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Goldenseal interacts with.

Theoretically, goldenseal might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Goldenseal contains berberine. In vitro and animal research shows that berberine can inhibit platelet aggregation. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the quick version on pairing goldenseal with NexoBrid (anacaulase-bcdb). NexoBrid is an enzyme gel made from bromelain that doctors apply directly onto severe burns to dissolve away dead tissue. Because it works on the wound surface, one known concern is local bleeding or oozing at the treated area. Goldenseal contains berberine, which in lab and animal studies seems to make platelets a little less sticky, so in theory it could add to that bleeding risk.

I'll be honest with you: this is a theoretical concern only. It hasn't actually been seen in people, and most of goldenseal's effect is studied with concentrated supplement doses, not casual use. Still, around a major burn procedure I'd play it safe. Please mention any goldenseal you take to your burn team or pharmacist before treatment.
