Zutripro is a combination cold and cough medicine. Two of its ingredients already make people drowsy: hydrocodone (an opioid cough suppressant) and chlorpheniramine (a sedating antihistamine). Gotu kola may have a mild calming effect of its own, possibly by acting on GABA receptors in the brain. So the concern here is simple addition: pairing them could leave you more sleepy or foggy than expected.

In real life that might mean extra drowsiness, dizziness, trouble concentrating, or slowed reactions, which matters most before driving. Keep in mind this warning is theoretical, based mostly on lab research, not strong human studies. Still, it's worth running past your pharmacist or doctor, especially if you already feel groggy on this medicine.
