Ozanimod Hydrochloride falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Gotu Kola interacts with.

Theoretically, taking gotu kola with hepatotoxic drugs might have additive adverse effects.
There are at least four case reports of hepatotoxicity associated with the use of gotu kola. However, more information is needed to determine if gotu kola was the causative factor in these cases.

Here's the concern with pairing gotu kola and Zeposia (ozanimod). Ozanimod can occasionally raise liver enzymes, which is why your doctor usually checks bloodwork before you start it. Gotu kola has a handful of case reports where it was linked to liver irritation too. So in theory, using both together could be harder on your liver than either one alone.

I want to be honest about the evidence though: this is anecdotal and unproven. Nobody has confirmed gotu kola was truly the cause in those reports. Still, since both touch the liver, it's worth a quick chat. Watch for things like yellowing of your skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, and let your pharmacist or doctor know before combining them.
