Oxycodone, Naloxone falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Guarumo interacts with.

In an animal study, an aqueous extract of guarumo depressed the central nervous system, inducing significant motor incoordination and muscle relaxant activity. Theoretically, guarumo might potentiate the sedative effects of drugs.

Here's the thing with Targiniq ER (oxycodone with naloxone): oxycodone is already a strong opioid that slows down your brain and body. It can make you drowsy, foggy, slow your breathing, and lower your blood pressure. In one animal study, guarumo also calmed the nervous system, causing sluggish movement and muscle relaxation. So the worry is that stacking the two could deepen that sedation.

I want to be honest about the evidence though. This is only a theoretical concern based on lab and animal work, not human reports. Still, with a powerful opioid I'd rather you play it safe. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your dose on your own.
