Stanozolol falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Hemp Agrimony interacts with.

Hemp agrimony contains hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PA). Theoretically, using hemp agrimony with hepatotoxic drugs might have additive adverse effects on the liver. Some drugs that can adversely affect the liver include acetaminophen (Tylenol and others), amiodarone (Cordarone), carbamazepine (Tegretol), isoniazid (INH), methotrexate (Rheumatrex), methyldopa (Aldomet), fluconazole (Diflucan), itraconazole (Sporanox), erythromycin (Erythrocin, Ilosone, others), phenytoin (Dilantin), lovastatin (Mevacor), pravastatin (Pravachol), simvastatin (Zocor), and many others.

Here's the concern with pairing these two. Stanozolol is an oral anabolic steroid that's already known to be tough on the liver. It can raise liver enzymes and, with longer use, has been linked to things like jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes) and other liver strain. Hemp agrimony is worrying for a different reason: it can contain pyrrolizidine alkaloids, natural compounds that may damage the liver on their own.

So the worry isn't that one changes how the other is broken down. It's that two liver stressors stacked together could add up. This is a theoretical caution based on how each one behaves, not proven harm. Still, since both can hit the liver, I'd avoid combining them and check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
