Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Methocarbamol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Higenamine interacts with.

Theoretically, higenamine might increase the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
In vitro research shows that higenamine inhibits CYP2D6 enzymes. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the wrinkle with this combo product: the codeine part is a prodrug. Your body has to use an enzyme called CYP2D6 to turn codeine into morphine, which is what actually relieves pain. Lab studies suggest higenamine can block that same enzyme. So in theory, less codeine would get converted, meaning you might get weaker pain relief than expected. The aspirin and methocarbamol pieces aren't really affected by this pathway.

I want to be honest though: this is based only on test-tube research and hasn't been shown in real people, so it's pretty theoretical. Add in that higenamine itself can raise heart rate and blood pressure, and it's just not a great mix. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Theoretically, higenamine might increase the risk of bleeding or bruising when taken with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
Animal research shows that higenamine inhibits platelet aggregation and reduces the size of thrombus formation.

This combination product (Robaxisal C) contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. Higenamine appears to do something similar. In lab and animal studies it slowed platelet activity and reduced clot formation, so stacking it on top of aspirin could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

What might that look like in real life? Easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop. I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based mostly on animal data, not proven in people. Given that higenamine also stresses the heart and blood pressure, I'd skip it and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
