Micrainin combines aspirin (a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping) with meprobamate (a calming, sedative-type medicine). The concern here is really about the aspirin half. Higenamine, at least in animal studies, also seems to make platelets less sticky. Stack that on top of aspirin and, in theory, you could bruise more easily or have a harder time stopping minor bleeding, like nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or longer bleeding from a small cut.

I want to be honest: this is a theoretical concern based on lab and animal data, not solid human studies, so it may never cause a problem for you. Still, since higenamine products are poorly regulated and can affect your heart and blood pressure too, it's worth running this past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
