Celiprolol is a beta-blocker used to lower blood pressure and ease the heart's workload. On its own it can already cause a slight drop in blood pressure, sometimes leaving you feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or tired, especially when you stand up quickly.

Here's the thing about horny goat weed: in lab and animal studies, its compounds (like icariin) seem to relax blood vessels and may nudge blood pressure down too. So in theory, pairing it with celiprolol could add up and lower your pressure a bit more than expected. That said, this has not actually been reported in people, and the evidence is weak, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and watch for unusual dizziness.
