Daridorexant falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Horny Goat Weed interacts with.

Theoretically, horny goat weed might increase the effects and side effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro, horny goat weed extract inhibits CYP3A4 and suppresses CYP3A4 mRNA expression. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Quviviq (daridorexant) is the newer sleep medicine that quiets your brain's wake signals, and your body clears it through a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In test-tube studies, horny goat weed seems to slow that same enzyme down. If that happened in real life, daridorexant could hang around longer and hit harder, meaning more next-morning grogginess, lingering drowsiness, dizziness, or trouble concentrating when you wake up.

Here's the honest part: this is only a theoretical concern from lab work, and it has not been shown in actual people. So I wouldn't panic. Still, because both can make you sleepy, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you already feel foggy in the morning.
