Here's the simple version: Moxonidine (Physiotens) is a blood pressure medicine that calms signals in your brain to relax your blood vessels and lower your pressure. Horny goat weed, in lab and animal studies, also seems to nudge blood pressure down a bit. So in theory, taking both could stack those effects and push your pressure too low.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is theoretical only. That blood-pressure-lowering effect has been seen in the lab, not in real people taking these together. Still, it's worth watching for signs of pressure dropping too far, like dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling faint when you stand up, or unusual tiredness. If you're thinking about trying horny goat weed, check with your pharmacist or doctor first so they can keep an eye on your numbers.
