Here's the simple version. Talinolol is a beta blocker used to help with blood pressure and heart-related issues, and it already works to bring your blood pressure down. The concern with horny goat weed is that lab and animal studies hint it may have its own mild blood-pressure-lowering action. Stack that on top of Talinolol and, in theory, your readings could dip a bit too low.

If that happened, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, tired, or woozy when you stand up. I want to be honest though: this has only been seen in test tubes and animals, not in real people, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding this herb.
