Here's the gist with Limbitrol DS, which combines amitriptyline (an antidepressant) and chlordiazepoxide (a benzodiazepine). The amitriptyline part is partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. The grape seed extract in SuperBeets Heart Chews might mildly slow that enzyme down in lab dishes, which in theory could let amitriptyline levels drift up a little. If that happened, you might notice more of its usual effects like drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation, blurry vision, or feeling lightheaded when standing.

That said, this is a theoretical concern only. It has never actually been reported in people, and it's rated minor and unlikely. Amitriptyline is not a prodrug, so an inhibitor pushes levels up rather than down. Just check with your pharmacist or doctor, especially since the beet ingredients can also nudge blood pressure.
