Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Humann Superbeets Heart Chews and Meloxicam
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Meloxicam and Humann Superbeets Heart Chews in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.
If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

Why No Interaction Is Listed for Meloxicam
Interactions in our licensed database are recorded against drug classes, not just single drug names. Meloxicam is filed under 7 classifications — including nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids), cytochrome p450 2c9 (cyp2c9) substrates, organic anion transporter 3 (oat3) substrates. Humann Superbeets Heart Chews has documented interactions with 4 drug classes — the most serious being antihypertensive drugs (minor), cytochrome p450 2d6 (cyp2d6) substrates (minor) and cytochrome p450 2e1 (cyp2e1) substrates (minor) — and none of Meloxicam’s classifications are among them.
Classification data comes from our licensed Natural Medicines dataset. A medication can belong to classes beyond those recorded there, so this describes how the check was run — it is not a safety guarantee.

See Every Supplement That Interacts With Meloxicam
This page covers Humann Superbeets Heart Chews only. If you take other supplements — a multivitamin, a sleep aid, something for joints — the Meloxicam page lists 113 supplements it has a documented interaction with, worst first, each one explained.
The most serious there right now: Activated Charcoal (major), Asarabacca (major), Beer (major), Siberian Cocklebur (major) and Wine (major).
By severity: 5 major · 81 moderate · 27 minor.
From our pharmacist’s overview on the Meloxicam page
“Most people take meloxicam (Mobic) daily for arthritis pain, which gives supplement interactions time to add up, so I read this list with real vigilance. Five of the 113 ingredients on file carry a major rating, and two are simply beer and wine, because alcohol plus any NSAID raises the odds of stomach bleeding.”

SuperBeets Heart Chews are a beetroot- and grape-seed-based supplement marketed to support healthy blood flow, blood pressure, and nitric oxide production. Some research on dietary nitrate from beets and on grape seed extract suggests modest cardiovascular benefits, but evidence for this specific product is limited. It is generally well tolerated, but talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially if you have heart problems or take blood pressure medicine.

About Meloxicam
What Is Meloxicam Used For?
Brand names: Mobic, Vivlodex, Qmiiz ODT, Anjeso
Meloxicam tablets and oral suspension treat the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA). The oral suspension and Zybic™ oral suspension are approved for JRA in children 2 years and older; meloxicam tablets are approved for JRA in patients who weigh at least 60 kg. Meloxicam capsules are approved specifically for the management of osteoarthritis pain.
Two IV (intravenous) formulations — QAMZOVA and XIFYRM — are indicated for adults for the management of moderate-to-severe pain, used alone or with non-NSAID pain relievers. Because these IV forms take time to reach full effect, they are not recommended when rapid pain relief is needed.
Most-Reported Side Effects for Meloxicam
From FAERS, the FDA’s public side-effect reporting system (57,978 reports, all brands). Reports are voluntary and are not proof the drug caused the effect.
