Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS
Why this applies to Bisoprolol
Bisoprolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Isopropylnorsynephrine interacts with.
In vitro research shows that isopropylnorsynephrine is a highly selective, direct-acting beta-adrenergic receptor agonist with positive chronotropic effects, and hypertension has been reported in patients taking combination products containing isopropylnorsynephrine and other stimulants.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the tug-of-war to picture. Bisoprolol is a beta blocker, so it works by calming down those beta-adrenergic receptors to slow your heart and lower your blood pressure. Isopropylnorsynephrine is a stimulant that does the opposite, it switches those same receptors on. So the two are basically pulling against each other, and the supplement could blunt how well your bisoprolol controls your numbers.
In real life, that might show up as a higher heart rate or blood pressure than your medication would normally give you. I'll be honest though, the evidence here is thin and mostly from lab studies, so this is more theoretical than proven. Still, since this supplement has very little safety research and bisoprolol is treating something important, I'd run any product containing it past your pharmacist or doctor first.

About Isopropylnorsynephrine
What is Isopropylnorsynephrine?
- Weight loss and fat burning
- Pre-workout energy and stimulation
- Topical fat reduction (creams and gels)
- Appetite suppression
- Athletic performance
Isopropylnorsynephrine is a synthetic stimulant chemically related to synephrine, marketed mainly in weight-loss and pre-workout supplements. It has very little human safety or effectiveness research, and as a stimulant it may raise heart rate and blood pressure, so caution is strongly advised. Talk with a pharmacist or doctor before using any product that contains it.
About Bisoprolol
What Is Bisoprolol Used For?
Brand name: Zebeta
Bisoprolol fumarate tablets are used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). Lowering blood pressure reduces the strain on the heart and blood vessels, helping prevent serious complications over time.
It can be used on its own or combined with other blood pressure-lowering medicines, such as thiazide diuretics. All supported products — including those labeled as Bisoprolol and Bisoprolol Fumarate — share this indication.

Natural Medicines records Bisoprolol as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Isopropylnorsynephrine — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
