Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Amoxicillin
Amoxicillin falls under ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS — the group Limosilactobacillus Fermentum interacts with.
Limosilactobacillus fermentum preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. fermentum preparations by at least two hours.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the thing to keep in mind: this one runs in the opposite direction from most interactions. Amoxicillin doesn't get weaker, your probiotic does. Amoxicillin works by killing bacteria, and it can't tell the difference between the bacteria making you sick and the friendly Limosilactobacillus fermentum in your supplement. If you swallow them at the same time, the antibiotic may wipe out a good chunk of those live probiotic organisms before they ever get to work.
Your amoxicillin will still do its job just fine for your infection. To get the most out of the probiotic, simply space them apart by at least two hours. This is based on how these products work rather than hard studies, so it's a sensible precaution, not a danger. Ask your pharmacist if you'd like help timing your doses.

Limosilactobacillus fermentum (formerly Lactobacillus fermentum) is a probiotic bacterium found in fermented foods and the human body, used to support gut, immune, and women's health. It is generally well tolerated in healthy people, but talk to your pharmacist or doctor before starting, especially if your immune system is weak.
About Amoxicillin
What Is Amoxicillin Used For?
Brand names: Amoxil Capsules, Trimox, Wymox, Amix, Amoram, Amoxident, Galenamox, Rimoxallin, Amoxil Injection
Amoxicillin treats bacterial infections in both adults and children, including ear, nose, and throat infections; lower respiratory tract infections; skin and skin structure infections; and genitourinary tract infections.
In adults only, amoxicillin is also used — always combined with other medications — to eradicate Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), the bacteria behind duodenal ulcers. Getting rid of H. pylori has been shown to reduce the chance of those ulcers coming back. It is only effective against bacteria that are susceptible to it and will not work against viral infections like the common cold or flu.
