Adalimumab-Atto falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Lychee interacts with.

Theoretically, lychee might reduce the effectiveness of immunosuppressant drugs.
In vitro, flavonoids extracted from lychee show immunostimulant effects. So far, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Amjevita (adalimumab-atto) is a biologic that calms an overactive immune system, which is why it helps with conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and Crohn's disease. The concern here is really gentle: in lab dishes, certain plant compounds (flavonoids) from lychee seemed to stimulate immune activity. In theory, that could work against a drug whose whole job is to quiet the immune system, so Amjevita might not work quite as well.

The important part: this has never actually been seen in people. It's a theoretical idea based on test-tube data only. Enjoying lychee as a fruit is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated lychee extracts are the bigger unknown, so check with your pharmacist or doctor before using those while on Amjevita.
