Fludrocortisone falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Lychee interacts with.

Theoretically, lychee might reduce the effectiveness of immunosuppressant drugs.
In vitro, flavonoids extracted from lychee show immunostimulant effects. So far, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the honest picture for fludrocortisone (Florinef). This concern comes from lab studies where lychee flavonoids seemed to give the immune system a little nudge, which in theory could push back against medicines that calm immune activity. The key word is theory. It hasn't actually been seen in people, so the evidence here is weak.

Worth knowing, too: fludrocortisone is usually prescribed to hold up blood pressure and balance salt and water (often for low blood pressure on standing or adrenal problems), not mainly as an immune suppressant. So if your lychee theoretically dialed down its effect, you'd more likely notice lightheadedness or dizziness than any immune change. Enjoying lychee as fruit is very unlikely to matter. If you're considering concentrated lychee extracts, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
