Mosunetuzumab-axgb falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Lychee interacts with.

Theoretically, lychee might reduce the effectiveness of immunosuppressant drugs.
In vitro, flavonoids extracted from lychee show immunostimulant effects. So far, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the simple version for Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab-axgb). This is a targeted antibody therapy that works with your immune system to fight certain lymphomas. The concern on file is purely theoretical: in lab dishes, some plant compounds from lychee seem to give the immune system a little nudge. The worry is that this could, in principle, work against a medicine that's trying to direct your immune response. Honestly though, this has never been shown to happen in real people, and the interaction is rated minor.

So enjoying lychee as a fruit is very unlikely to cause any problem. I'd be a bit more cautious with concentrated lychee extract pills, and I'd run it by your oncology team first, since they're carefully managing your treatment.
