Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Dextroamphetamine
Dextroamphetamine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Methylsynephrine interacts with.
Some stimulant drugs include amphetamine, caffeine, diethylpropion (Tenuate), methylphenidate, phentermine (Ionamin), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, others), and many others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: both of these are stimulants. Dextroamphetamine already speeds up your heart and can nudge your blood pressure up as part of how it treats ADHD or narcolepsy. Methylsynephrine acts a lot like adrenaline and does the very same thing. Stack them together and those effects can pile on top of each other.
So in real life, you might notice a racing or pounding heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, headache, or trouble sleeping, and in rarer cases more serious heart rhythm or blood pressure problems. Honestly, methylsynephrine isn't a legal supplement ingredient in the U.S. and has been tied to heart issues on its own, so it's one I'd steer clear of. This particular concern is based on how the two work rather than firm studies, but please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Dextroamphetamine page
“Dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine) is a stimulant for ADHD and narcolepsy, and I read this list with genuine wariness. Six of the 129 ingredients rate major, most of them because other stimulants, ephedra being the clearest, pile extra heart rate and blood pressure on top of what the drug already produces.”

About Methylsynephrine
What is Methylsynephrine?
- Weight loss and fat burning
- Boosting energy
- Athletic and workout performance
- Appetite control
Methylsynephrine (also called oxilofrine) is a synthetic stimulant sometimes added to weight-loss and pre-workout products, but it is not a legal or approved dietary ingredient in the United States. It has been linked to serious heart and blood pressure problems, and there is no good evidence it is safe or effective for these uses, so it is best avoided.
