Isoproterenol falls under BETA-ADRENERGIC AGONISTS — the group Methylsynephrine interacts with.

Methylsynephrine has beta agonist activity. Theoretically, concomitant use of large amounts of methylsynephrine might increase the cardiac inotropic effects of beta-agonists. Beta-adrenergic agonists include albuterol (Ventolin, Proventil), metaproterenol (Alupent), terbutaline (Brethine, Bricanyl), and isoproterenol (Isuprel).

Here's the simple version: isoproterenol (Isuprel) is itself a stimulant that revs up the heart, raising heart rate and the force of each beat. Methylsynephrine works in a similar way, acting like adrenaline. So if you stacked the two together, you'd basically be doubling down on the same effect. In theory that could push your heart rate too high, cause palpitations or a pounding chest, raise blood pressure, and make you feel jittery or anxious.

I want to be honest that this concern is theoretical, based on how both substances behave rather than reports of harm. That said, methylsynephrine isn't a legal or proven supplement, and isoproterenol is a serious heart drug, so this is a combo to avoid. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything with it.
