Methylsynephrine has cardiac stimulant effects. Theoretically, taking methylsynephrine with other stimulant drugs might increase the risk of hypertension and adverse cardiovascular effects.
Some stimulant drugs include amphetamine, caffeine, diethylpropion (Tenuate), methylphenidate, phentermine (Ionamin), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, others), and many others.

Here's the simple version: both methylsynephrine and PMA (methoxyamphetamine) are stimulants that rev up your heart and blood vessels. When you stack two stimulants like this, their effects can pile on top of each other. In plain terms, that means a higher chance of racing heartbeat, a spike in blood pressure, chest discomfort, anxiety, and dangerous heart rhythm problems. This concern is based on how these drugs work (theoretical pharmacology), not on hard clinical studies, but the direction is clear: more stimulation, more risk.

I want to be straight with you. Both of these substances are unapproved and genuinely dangerous, and PMA in particular has been tied to fatal overdoses. Please do not combine them, and talk with a doctor or pharmacist before using either one.
