Fetzima (levomilnacipran) is approved to treat major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults. It is taken as a once-daily extended-release capsule.

It is important to know that Fetzima is not approved for fibromyalgia — its safety and effectiveness for that condition have not been established. It is also not approved for use in children or teens.
