Methscopolamine, Pseudoephedrine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Methylsynephrine interacts with.

Methylsynephrine has cardiac stimulant effects. Theoretically, taking methylsynephrine with other stimulant drugs might increase the risk of hypertension and adverse cardiovascular effects.
Some stimulant drugs include amphetamine, caffeine, diethylpropion (Tenuate), methylphenidate, phentermine (Ionamin), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, others), and many others.

The piece of Allerx D I want to focus on here is the pseudoephedrine, which is a decongestant that works like a mild stimulant. It can already nudge up your heart rate and blood pressure on its own. Methylsynephrine is also a stimulant, so stacking the two means you're pushing the same gas pedal twice. The worry is additive cardiovascular strain: a racing or pounding heart, jitteriness, a spike in blood pressure, trouble sleeping, or headache.

To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on how these ingredients behave, not hard clinical proof. Still, methylsynephrine itself isn't an approved, safe supplement ingredient, so I'd steer clear of it altogether. Please run any combo past your pharmacist or doctor first, especially if you have heart issues or high blood pressure.
