Brompheniramine, Phenylephrine, Phenyltoloxamine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Peyote interacts with.

Here's the piece that matters in your combo product: phenylephrine is a stimulant-type decongestant (a sympathomimetic). Peyote's active compound, mescaline, also revs up the nervous system through serotonin pathways. Stacking the two could pile on stimulation, raising the odds of a racing or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, and feeling on edge or anxious. The brompheniramine (an antihistamine) and phenyltoloxamine can add their own grogginess on top, so you may feel a confusing tug between wired and woozy.

To be honest with you, this concern is theoretical, based on how these drugs work rather than solid studies. Even so, peyote isn't a safe self-treatment option, and I'd skip combining it. If you have real questions here, please talk them through with your pharmacist or doctor first.
