    “Orally, peyote can cause sympathomimetic effects, including mild tachycardia and hypertension, within approximately an hour after ingestion. Mescaline, a constituent of peyote, at doses of 20 mg/kg or greater, can cause hypertension, bradycardia, and, rarely, death. Symptoms usually subside less than 24 hours after ingestion (9,17, 68775,99284).”

Peyote is a small spineless cactus that contains mescaline, a powerful hallucinogen. It is a federally controlled substance in the United States (with a narrow exemption for certain Native American religious use), is not a safe or proven dietary supplement, and should not be used for self-treatment.

About Ramucirumab Injection

What Is Ramucirumab Injection Used For?

Brand name: Cyramza

Cyramza (ramucirumab) injection is used to treat several types of advanced or metastatic cancer in adults. It is used for advanced or metastatic gastric (stomach) cancer or gastro-esophageal junction cancer that has progressed after prior chemotherapy — either alone or combined with paclitaxel. It is also used for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, either with erlotinib as a first-line treatment for tumors with certain EGFR mutations, or with docetaxel after platinum-based chemotherapy has stopped working.

Additionally, Cyramza is used with FOLFIRI chemotherapy for metastatic colorectal cancer that has progressed after certain prior treatments, and as a single agent for hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) in patients who have elevated alpha-fetoprotein levels and have already received sorafenib.
