Insulin (Human) falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Quassia interacts with.

In animals, quassia extract reduced levels of fasting glucose. Theoretically, quassia might have additive effects when used with antidiabetes drugs. This might increase the risk of hypoglycemia in some patients. Monitor blood glucose levels closely.
Some antidiabetes drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, metformin (Glucophage), pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), and others.

Here's the gist with quassia and your insulin. In animal studies, quassia appeared to lower fasting blood sugar a little. Insulin already works hard to bring your sugar down, so stacking the two together could, in theory, push your numbers lower than you expect. That raises the chance of a low (hypoglycemia), which can show up as shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion, or a fast heartbeat.

I want to be honest that this is weak evidence so far, mostly lab and animal work, not solid human studies. So please don't change your insulin on your own. If you'd like to try quassia, check your glucose more often at first and let your pharmacist or doctor know so they can help you watch for lows.

Novolin (human insulin injection) is used to improve glycemic control — meaning blood sugar management — in adults and children with diabetes mellitus.

Novolin 70/30 is a fixed-ratio mixture of intermediate-acting and short-acting human insulin. Because the ratio is fixed, it cannot be adjusted separately for background (basal) or mealtime (prandial) needs.
